Rosalie Quinlan has teamed-up with her talented younger sister, Melanie, to create a range of patterns that are fresh and simple with a modern feel. For the new label, the girls were inspired by modern Japanese fabrics as well as trends in accessories and home decorating.

The patterns are designed to appeal to women who would love to explore their creativity but are more interested in modern trends than traditional country styles. However, all the range can be made in country fabrics to give a completely different look!

She unknowingly timed her visit with the Spring Festival being held in the city, and all the streets were decorated with the most beautiful strings of lanterns. Make the lanterns into a string to decorate a wall, hang them from the ceiling or decorate an outdoor space.

We have called this quilt '1946' as this is the year our Mother, Nel, was born. The beautiful fabric we have used reminds us of that era. This quilt is also a bit different as it is constructed on the diagonal. We hope you enjoy making '1946'!
