• New Zealand
  $1.50 will be charged for all pattern orders up to the value of $40. For orders over $40, shipping is free.

• Australia
  Postage to Australia is $3.

• Rest of world
  $NZ4 postage and handling will be charged on orders up to the value of $40. For orders over $40, shipping is free.
  Sent by Airmail - expected delivery 3-10 days

How to order
There are three ways you can make an order:

• Use the online order system
• Fax / phone your order
• Mail your order using our manual order form

  • Online ordering
    You can order online by pressing 'add to cart' on the products you wish to purchase. You will then be led through the online order system. We use a secure server that encrypts your credit card number ensuring the information you place in the computer is guarded against illegal use. However, if you wish to pay by credit card but do not want to enter your details in the computer you can do the following:
    1. Tick the payment method 'faxing or mailing payment'

    2. Place a note in 'instructions or comments' that you are faxing or phoning through your credit card information.

    3. Print off your invoice, a copy is available on your email confirmation, and fill out your credit card details in the space provided at the bottom of the invoice.

    4. Fax or phone your details through. If phoning remember to quote your invoice number. Fax: 03 313-2806, Phone: 03 313-2380.

  • Order by Fax
    Print off the order form and fax your order to (03) 313-2806

  • Order by Mail
    Print off the order form and mail to fionamarie.com, PO Box 394, Rangiora, North Canterbury 7440, New Zealand.

Payment Methods
Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard or cheque. If paying by cheque allow five working days for the funds to clear before the order is sent.

Payment by bank deposit is available for New Zealand residents. Our bank account number will be provided upon submitting your order.

Back Orders
You will be sent an email if there is a delay to any part of your order. Back orders will normally take 10-14 days to be delivered. We will send out the part of your order we have in stock, unless you request the order to be held. You will not be charged postage on back orders. Payment will be processed only for products that are sent.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to me in the condition it was sent for a complete refund, or an exchange if requested.
